Chivalry Baxa vs Ellis Banter

Boxing Daily Report from the ADR Boxing promoted show at Canberra Stadium, Canberra,  taking place on 16/08/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Commonwealth Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Chivalry Baxa (33(19) - 3(1) - 1) who hails from Gaineau, Canada and Ellis Banter(15 - 6(3) - 1) from Melbourne, Australia.  Both Baxa and Banter weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Noel Wilson, and the three ringside judges are Noah Pierce, Brad Hewitt and Danny McCornack.  

Round 1: 

Baxa is looking to close the distance.  Banter pivots to the left of his opponent.  Banter throws a right hook, but Baxa clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Baxa pushes his forearm into Banter's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Baxa about fouling.
