Paul Cullum vs Glynn Doctor

Boxing Daily Report from the Hands Promotions promoted show at Temple University McGonigle Hall, Philadelphia,  taking place on 05/09/2030:

Clearly Hands Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Paul Cullum (26 - 4 - 1) who hails from Philadelphia, USA and Glynn Doctor(13 - 17(1) - 6) from Denver, USA.  Both Cullum and Doctor weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Henry Vejar, and the three ringside judges are Stuart Briar, Elliot Gambini and Colin Blood.
