Ilqar Ragimov vs Alish Khalilov

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Azerbaijan-Lankaran promoted show at Masally Mirkasumov, Masally,  taking place on 14/07/2030:

Clearly AI Azerbaijan-Lankaran have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Azerbaijan-Lankaran Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ilqar Ragimov (5 - 11(1) - 4) who hails from Masally, Azerbaijan and Alish Khalilov(10 - 11(2) - 2) from Jalilabad, Azerbaijan.  Both Ragimov and Khalilov weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Haider Odeh, and the three ringside judges are Fakhri Agamirov, Yasin Mahammadov and Yasin Mahammadov.
