Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Infinity Insurance Park, Miami,  taking place on 16/08/2030:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Desiderio Casados (11(5) - 0) who hails from Santiago de Cuba, Cuba and Charles Santin(11 - 11 - 4) from Phoenix, USA.  Both Casados and Santin weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Oleos Infante, and the three ringside judges are Ian Hossack, Paul Maskell and Emanuel Merlo.  

Round 1: 

Casados pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.

Casados is looking to keep his distance.  Santin attempts to land a jab, but Casados sidesteps and counters with a firm right uppercut.  
Santin sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Casados drives a firm right hook into Santin's body.  
Casados lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Santin throws a left uppercut, but Casados holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Santin pushes his forearm into Casados's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Santin.

Casados knows Santin is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Casados connects with a FIERCE right uppercut.  DOWN GOES SANTIN!  He is back up on his feet at 5.  It looks like Santin has now recovered from that shot earlier.
