Santiago Varon vs Jose Arcos

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Guayas promoted show at Guayaquil Romero, Guayaquil,  taking place on 18/07/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ecuador Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Santiago Varon (20(6) - 7(5)) who hails from Guayaquil, Ecuador and Jose Arcos(15 - 10(1) - 3) from Guayaquil, Ecuador.  Varon weighed in at 129 pounds and 15 ounces, while Arcos weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Juan Corzo, and the three ringside judges are Jax Civil, Santiago Ferro and Rio Garcia.  

Round 1: 

Varon lands a stinging jab.
