Roy Rowan vs Rory Boyle

Boxing Daily Report from the John Green promoted show at Londonderry McColl, Londonderry,  taking place on 16/08/2030:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Celtic Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Roy Rowan (26(11) - 1) who hails from Londonderry, UK and Rory Boyle(13 - 7 - 2) from Limerick, Ireland.  Rowan weighed in at 174 pounds And 6 ounces, while Boyle weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rory Mulrennan, and the three ringside judges are Rory Mulrennan, Anthony McCabe and Clint Guild.  

Round 1: 

Rowan lands a sharp right hook.  Rowan holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Rowan pushes his forearm into Boyle's face.  The ref breaks Rowan's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
