Liang Yau vs Jing Phi

Boxing Daily Report from the Reason promoted show at HuiK'o Kheong Gym, Beijing,  taking place on 16/08/2030:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Beijing Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Liang Yau (14 - 7 - 5) who hails from Beijing, China and Jing Phi(3 - 8 - 4) from Beijing, China.  Yau weighed in at 139 pounds and 15 ounces, while Phi weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Quon Shu, and the three ringside judges are Yuan Hsu, Jiang Shiau and Qing-Nan Bu.  

Round 1: 

Yau gets on the inside.  Phi connects with a right hook.  
Yau quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Phi switches the action to the outside and lands a cross.  
Phi lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Yau closes the distance and is on target with a left hook.  
Yau is on target with a right hook.  Yau attempts to land a left hook, but Phi sidesteps and counters with a cross.

The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Phi has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused slight damage to the nose.

Yau drives a right hook into Phi's body.  
Phi lands a stiff jab.  
Yau lands a jab.  
Phi drives a solid jab into his opponents face.  
Yau steps inside and connects with a right hook.  Yau tries to land a right uppercut, but Phi sidesteps and counters with a right hook.
