Rob Groves vs Imran Ben

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at North Shore Stadium, Auckland,  taking place on 21/09/2030:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rob Groves (6(3) - 0 - 1) who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand and Imran Ben(18(3) - 7) from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  Both Groves and Ben weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Harvey Dorch, and the three ringside judges are Dave Loar, Opi Ngaikiha and Robert Smillie.  

Round 1: 

Groves sidesteps to the right of his opponent and hits home with a ramrod jab.
