Aaron Burns vs Shane Monahan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ireland-Leinster promoted show at Dun Laoghaire Lynch, Dun Laoghaire,  taking place on 22/08/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Irish Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Ireland, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Aaron Burns (9 - 16(2) - 5) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Shane Monahan(19 - 9 - 2) from Dublin, Ireland.  Burns weighed in at 139 pounds and 14 ounces, while Monahan weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lewis Carroll, and the three ringside judges are Roy Spalding, Nathan Fitzgerald and Thomas McShane.
