Ho Situ vs Bing Pi

Boxing Daily Report from the FIGHT! promoted show at Shanghai Gong, Shanghai,  taking place on 27/08/2030:

Clearly FIGHT! have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ho Situ (12(7) - 1(1)) who hails from Qingdao, China and Bing Pi(8 - 9 - 1) from Jinan, China.  Situ weighed in at 140 pounds, while Pi weighed in at 139 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Huang-fu Bao, and the three ringside judges are Xing-fu Chern, Qing-Nan Soo and Sun Song.  

Round 1: 

Situ steps inside.  Situ pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook, left uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Pi attempts to land a left uppercut, but Situ parries the shot and counters with a solid left hook.  
Pi pivots to the left of his opponent.  Situ lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Situ gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Situ holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Situ pushes his forearm into Pi's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Pi is looking to keep his distance.  Situ sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Situ advances into close range and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Situ steps inside and lands a firm left hook.  Situ holds on to his opponent.  Situ is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Situ is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.

Situ steps inside.  Pi sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Situ lands a left hook.  
Pi switches the action to the outside.  Situ is on target with a firm overhand left.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Pi's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent. Situ closes the distance.  Pi is clearly losing his cool here!   He advances forward with head down and it catches Situ in the face!  The ref tells Pi to keep his head out of his opponents face.  He gives Situ time to recover.

Pi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Situ hits home with a right hook.  
Situ lands a sharp jab.  
Pi throws a right hook, but Situ ties up his opponent.  Situ throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. Situ leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Pi pushes his forearm into Situ's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Situ EXPLODES a WICKED left hook into his opponents face.  PI IS HURT!  Pi almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Pi pivots to the side of his opponent.  Pi throws a right hook, but Situ clinches his opponent.  Pi is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Situ's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Pi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Situ is on target with a jab to Pi's body.
