Satoru Miyoshi vs Jiro Ohashi

Boxing Daily Report from the Nottinggham Promotions promoted show at Takeo Ueno Gym, Sendai,  taking place on 23/08/2030:

Clearly Nottinggham Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Miyagi Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Satoru Miyoshi (4 - 23 - 2) who hails from Sendai, Japan and Jiro Ohashi(5 - 16 - 3) from Sendai, Japan.  Both Miyoshi and Ohashi weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hideki Shibata, and the three ringside judges are Nao Shimada, Satoru Oyama and Kyo Furukawa.  

Round 1: 

Ohashi is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook.  
Miyoshi hits home with a left hook.  
Ohashi closes the distance and is on target with a left uppercut.

Ohashi throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores Miyoshi's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Miyoshi tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Miyoshi is looking to keep the action on the outside and hits home with a cross.

Miyoshi lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Miyoshi wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Ohashi dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Ohashi finds the target with a jab.
