Marcus McQuay vs Denton Kavanagh

Boxing Daily Report from the Kurusu Promotions promoted show at Newforge Lane Stadium, Belfast,  taking place on 13/10/2030:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Marcus McQuay (26(12) - 1) who hails from Dundee, UK and Denton Kavanagh(10 - 10(1) - 6) from Bristol, UK.  McQuay weighed in at 236 pounds and 14 ounces, while Kavanagh weighed in at 228 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Clint Guild, and the three ringside judges are Josh Brannon, Ian Casey and Brett Lannon.  

Round 1: 

McQuay pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.
