Seferino Marciel vs Elias Barcena

Boxing Daily Report from the Rumfa Promotions promoted show at Juan Gaytan Gym, Buenaventura,  taking place on 26/08/2030:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Colombia-Valle del Cauca Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Seferino Marciel (12 - 9 - 4) who hails from Cali, Colombia and Elias Barcena(9 - 15 - 4) from Cali, Colombia.  Marciel weighed in at 117 pounds And 13 ounces, while Barcena weighed in at 117 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Vicente Orihuela, and the three ringside judges are Emanuel Bazan, Olindo Ventura and Santiago Paredes.
