Irfan Matar vs Gus Bell

Boxing Daily Report from the Rattlesnake Promotions promoted show at El Paso Orrantia, El Paso,  taking place on 01/09/2030:

Clearly Rattlesnake Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Texas Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Irfan Matar (16 - 13 - 1) who hails from Austin, USA and Gus Bell(10 - 13 - 8) from Houston, USA.  Both Matar and Bell weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Harry Carmicheal, and the three ringside judges are James Curto, Noah Fergusson and Mark Evans.  

Round 1: 

Matar switches the action to the outside and tries to land a jab, but Bell blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Matar closes the distance and throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.
