Waleed Nabih vs Saad Ayub

Boxing Daily Report from the Marco Boogers promoted show at Giza Plateaux, Giza,  taking place on 27/09/2030:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Egypt Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Nile Sport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Waleed Nabih (17(12) - 0) who hails from Giza, Egypt and Saad Ayub(16 - 17(1) - 5) from Cairo, Egypt.  Both Nabih and Ayub weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Umair Khaleel, and the three ringside judges are Azam Labib, Amer Racid and Amer Mir.  

Round 1: 

Nabih lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Ayub throws a right uppercut, but Nabih clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Nabih pushes his forearm into Ayub's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Nabih about fouling.  
Nabih lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Nabih lands a right hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head.  
Nabih forces Ayub to back into a neutral corner.  Nabih sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Ayub attempts to land a left hook, but Nabih blocks the shot and counters with a left hook to Ayub's body.  
Nabih pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Nabih is on target with a firm left hook to Ayub's liver.  
Ayub throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Nabih is looking to close the distance and drives a solid right hook into Ayub's ribs.  Nabih clinches his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Nabih manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Nabih is on target with a right hook to Ayub's ribcage.  Nabih ties up his opponent.  Nabih is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Nabih hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Nabih.  
Nabih lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Nabih lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  Nabih clinches his opponent.  Nabih leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Nabih tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.

Nabih drives a stinging right hook into his opponents body.  
Nabih steps inside and throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the punch.  Nabih holds on to his opponent.  Nabih leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Nabih attempts to land a left hook, but Ayub slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Ayub throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a firm cross.  
Nabih lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Nabih sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Nabih lands a left uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a cross to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a left hook to the head, AND AYUB IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 7.  Ayub now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Nabih is on target with a left hook to Ayub's body.  
Nabih advances into close range and lands a double left hook to his opponents head, KNOCKING AYUB DOWN!  He fails to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Nabih!
