Bruce Barros vs Edward Erwood

Boxing Daily Report from the Boomer Promotions promoted show at Tallahassee Zamora, Tallahassee,  taking place on 16/08/2030:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Bruce Barros (4 - 0) who hails from Rancho Cucamonga, USA and Edward Erwood(4 - 11 - 2) from Boulder, USA.  Barros weighed in at 244 pounds and 2 ounces, while Erwood weighed in at 228 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Robert Johnstone, and the three ringside judges are Sam Dickins, Robert Armstrong and Blake Hyslop.

Barros lands a stiff jab.  
Erwood walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Barros lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Barros sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Erwood lands a cross.  
Barros connects with a left uppercut.

Barros lands a stinging cross.  
Erwood pivots from in front of his opponent.  Barros lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Barros has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.

Barros throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Erwood to the neutral corner.  He warns Barros that he could be heading for a point deduction.  
Barros snaps his opponents head back with a hard jab.  
Barros is looking to close the distance.  Erwood quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Barros lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.
