Robert Nabb vs Aftab Seghir

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas,  taking place on 31/10/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Robert Nabb (15(3) - 1) who hails from New Orleans, USA and Aftab Seghir(7 - 9(6) - 2) from Algiers, Algeria.  Both Nabb and Seghir weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is George Ramo, and the three ringside judges are Ellis Slight, Vincent Ovens and Bryan Florian.  

Round 1: 

Nabb is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Nabb lands a left uppercut to the body, a right uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  Nabb clinches his opponent.  Nabb pushes his forearm into Seghir's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Nabb.  
Nabb sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Seghir throws a left hook, but Nabb clinches his opponent.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Nabb feints a cross, tricking Seghir into countering with a cross.  Nabb avoids the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  
Nabb advances into close range and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Nabb ties up his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Nabb is looking to close the distance and connects with a solid left hook.  
Nabb hits home with a left hook.  
Nabb cuts off the ring, trapping Seghir in the corner.  Nabb lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Nabb pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Nabb pivots to the right of his opponent and connects with a solid cross.  
Nabb gets on the inside.  Nabb quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head.  
Seghir attempts to land a right hook, but Nabb slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Nabb advances into close range.  Nabb pivots from in front of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Seghir steps to the outside.  Nabb sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Nabb gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Nabb lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Nabb manages to force Seghir into the corner.  Nabb lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Nabb pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Nabb lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Nabb dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Nabb lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Nabb pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a jab to Seghir's body.  
Nabb closes the distance and connects with a right hook.  
Nabb pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head.  
Nabb lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a right uppercut to the head.  
Nabb is on target with a firm left uppercut to his opponents liver.  
Nabb lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Nabb voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Seghir steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.  
Nabb lands a left hook.  
Seghir tries to land a cross, but Nabb sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Nabb connects with a left hook.  
Seghir switches the action to the outside.  Nabb lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Seghir's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Seghir's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

Nabb lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Nabb drives a solid left hook into Seghir's body.  
Nabb lands a right hook, left hook and a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Nabb lands a right uppercut to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the head.  
Nabb lands a left uppercut to the body, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.

Nabb lands a left uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Nabb is looking to close the distance.  Seghir throws a right hook, but Nabb ties up his opponent.  Nabb is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Nabb sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Nabb is on target with a mean right uppercut.  SEGHIR IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.  Seghir now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Seghir steps away from his opponent.  Nabb is on target with a spiteful jab.  
Nabb steps inside and drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Nabb lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Nabb lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Nabb dabs at his face checking for damage.

Nabb lands a right hook to the body followed by two left hook's to the head.  
Seghir sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Nabb lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head, AND SENDS SEGHIR SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Nabb!
