Emanuel Cancel vs Onofre Viloria

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Colombia-Bolivar promoted show at Cartagena Carolus, Cartagena,  taking place on 16/08/2030:

Clearly AI Colombia-Bolivar have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Colombia-Bolivar Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Emanuel Cancel (1 - 1) who hails from Cartagena, Colombia and Onofre Viloria(7 - 3(1) - 2) from Magangue, Colombia.  Cancel weighed in at 117 pounds and 12 ounces, while Viloria weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Juan Nanez, and the three ringside judges are Lisandro Morales, Reynaldo Suarez and Fidel Canizales.
