Katavic sidesteps to the left of his opponent andThe two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Velasquez has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Velasquez pivots to the left of his opponent andAs Velasquez tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Katavic dabs at his face checking for damage.
