Azam Pervez vs Waleed Kamara

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Johor promoted show at Amjad Haider Gym, Johor Bahru,  taking place on 01/03/2021:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the South Asian Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV3, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Azam Pervez (5 - 2) who hails from Johor Bahru, Malaysia and Waleed Kamara(7(3) - 0) from Johor Bahru, Malaysia.  Both Pervez and Kamara weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rehan Sabet, and the three ringside judges are Haaris Gaber, Azam Hamdan and Shayan Hossain.  

Round 1: 

Kamara sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Pervez lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Pervez attempts to land a cross, but Kamara sidesteps and counters with a sharp cross.
