Elchin Hashem vs Qiyas Abdurakhmanov

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Azerbaijan-Absheron promoted show at Baku Noon, Baku,  taking place on 23/09/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Azerbaijan Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IQTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Elchin Hashem (28 - 5(3) - 1) who hails from Masally, Azerbaijan and Qiyas Abdurakhmanov(23(1) - 6(3) - 1) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Both Hashem and Abdurakhmanov weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mammad Akbarov, and the three ringside judges are Ulfet Kadyrov, Nasimi Bacho and Samad Farra.

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref steps in and separates the two fighters to check for damage.  Its not looking good!  The ref has ruled that the fight cannot continue due to the accidental damage.  As less than 4 rounds have been completed its going to be a no-contest!
