Noel Meng vs Bing Chien

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Perak promoted show at Waqar Qazi Gym, Ipoh,  taking place on 22/09/2030:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Malaysia-Perak Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Noel Meng (12 - 10(1)) who hails from Ipoh, Malaysia and Bing Chien(3 - 5 - 3) from Ipoh, Malaysia.  Meng weighed in at 104 pounds And 6 ounces, while Chien weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Khalid Rahaim, and the three ringside judges are Rashid Malik, Haider Din and Imran Attar.
