Santiago Roble vs Juan Bencomo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nicaragua-Leon promoted show at Leon Cabeza, Leon,  taking place on 23/09/2030:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Nicaragua-Leon Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Roble (16 - 5(3) - 1(NC)) who hails from Leon, Nicaragua and Juan Bencomo(6 - 6(1) - 2) from Leon, Nicaragua.  Roble weighed in at 135 pounds, while Bencomo weighed in at 134 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Seferino Retana, and the three ringside judges are Urvano Osorio, Nasario Nolasco and Eduardo Olavarria.  

Round 1: 

Roble manouvers Bencomo onto the ropes.  Roble is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  Roble throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Roble lands a left hook, left uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head.  Roble throws a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Roble connects with a left hook.  
Roble connects with a cross.  
Roble sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Bencomo throws a right hook, but Roble ties up his opponent.  Roble pushes his forearm into Bencomo's face.  The referee warns Roble and breaks the clinch.  
Bencomo switches the action to the outside.  Roble tries to land a jab, but Bencomo slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Roble is on target with a left hook.  
Roble lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Bencomo steps away from his opponent.  Roble feints a jab, fooling Bencomo into launching a left uppercut counter.  Roble is waiting for the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Roble advances into close range.  Bencomo quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Roble connects with a left uppercut.  Roble throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Roble advances into close range.  Roble sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Roble pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Roble connects with a cross.  
Roble steps inside and walks Bencomo down, trapping him on the ropes.  Roble lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Roble throws a right hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Roble ties up his opponent.  Roble leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Roble lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Roble clinches his opponent.  Bencomo is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Bencomo is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Bencomo sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Roble hits home with an overhand left.  
Roble tries to land a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Roble steps inside and connects with a right hook.  
Roble is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref steps in and separates the two fighters to check for damage.  Its not looking good!  The ref has ruled that the fight cannot continue due to the accidental damage.  As less than 4 rounds have been completed its going to be a no-contest!
