Peter Harp vs Clint Boone

Boxing Daily Report from the No Limit promoted show at Sydney Kaakajian, Sydney,  taking place on 04/10/2030:

Clearly No Limit have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Peter Harp (8(4) - 0 - 1) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and Clint Boone(2 - 1 - 1) from Sydney, Australia.  Both Harp and Boone weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rob Byrne, and the three ringside judges are Brad Hopper, Dave Telfair and Dale Touch.  

Round 1: 

Boone is looking to close the distance.  Harp digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Harp drives a right hook into Boone's body.  Harp holds on to his opponent.  Harp pushes his forearm into Boone's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Harp is on target with a stinging left uppercut to his opponents liver.  
Harp lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Boone throws a right hook, but Harp holds on to his opponent.  Harp is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Harp and breaks the clinch.  
Harp drives a right hook into his opponents ribcage.  Harp clinches his opponent.  Harp is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Harp drives a right hook into his opponents ribcage.  Harp clinches his opponent.  Harp is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Harp tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Boone behind the head. The ref breaks Harp's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Harp throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot.  Harp clinches his opponent.  Harp leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Harp's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Harp manages to force Boone onto the ropes.  Harp lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Harp lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Harp lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Harp clinches his opponent.  Harp throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref breaks Harp's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Harp is looking to close the distance and lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  
Harp lands a left uppercut to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the head.

Harp feints a cross, but Boone does not fall for it and responds with a cross.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Boone's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Boone's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Boone's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Harp digs in a solid right hook to Boone's body.  
Harp walks his opponent into a corner.  Harp lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Harp lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Harp lands a cross to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Harp quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Boone throws a left hook, but Harp clinches his opponent.  Harp leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Harp pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Harp pivots from in front of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Harp steps inside and lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a right hook to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Boone quickly recovers. 
Harp gets on the inside and hits home with a firm left hook.  
Harp lands a left hook.  
Harp lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Harp advances into close range and drives a right hook into Boone's body.  
Harp lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the body.

Harp is on target with a FIERCE right hook.  BOONE IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 7.  
Harp lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Harp drives a firm left hook into Boone's body.  
Harp lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He then lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Boone almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Harp feints a left, and then drives a firm left hook into Boone's body.

Harp quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.

Harp lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, DROPPING BOONE TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.

Harp is on target with a stinging left hook to his opponents body.  As Harp tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Boone dabs at his face checking for damage.  The ref is taking a close look at Boone.  He takes another clean shot, and the ref steps in!  He's seen enough!  The winner by TKO is Harp!
