Waqas Obaidullah vs Hiroki Higuchi

Boxing Daily Report from the JSW promoted show at Hakodate Citizen Gymnasium, Hakodate,  taking place on 30/09/2030:

Clearly JSW have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waqas Obaidullah (4(1) - 0) who hails from Dubai, UAE and Hiroki Higuchi(13 - 7 - 3) from Sapporo, Japan.  Obaidullah weighed in at 146 pounds and 15 ounces, while Higuchi weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kyo Minami, and the three ringside judges are Satoshi Nishikawa, Eiji Suzuki and Raiden Sera.
