Jose Manubay vs Santiago Palacay

Boxing Daily Report from the Maghakian Promotions promoted show at Lapu-Lapu Borja, Lapu-Lapu,  taking place on 25/09/2030:

Clearly Maghakian Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Philippines-Cebu Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jose Manubay (14 - 10 - 2) who hails from Cebu City, Philippines and Santiago Palacay(18 - 10(3) - 4) from Lapu-Lapu, Philippines.  Both Manubay and Palacay weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Dimanlig, and the three ringside judges are Mark Labuanan, Fanuco Mejias and Ricky Magana.
