Willaperht Saul vs Uwe Mauk

Boxing Daily Report from the Falcon Promotion promoted show at Adalric Marti Gym, Bonn,  taking place on 27/09/2030:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Germany-North Rhine-Westphalia Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Willaperht Saul (18 - 8 - 3) who hails from Cologne, Germany and Uwe Mauk(4 - 11 - 3) from Dusseldorf, Germany.  Saul weighed in at 199 pounds and 13 ounces, while Mauk weighed in at 199 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Spangler Samberg, and the three ringside judges are Reginald Amrhein, Tibalt Hemmelgarn and Roch Geitner.

Saul is looking to close the distance and throws a right hook, but is unable to find the target.  Saul clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Mauk pushes his forearm into Saul's face.  The referee warns Mauk and breaks the clinch.

Saul closes the distance.  Saul drives a right hook into Mauk's body.  Saul wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Mauk.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.
