John Ioannou vs Davie Pewitt

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Oklahoma promoted show at Tulsa Mulryan, Tulsa,  taking place on 02/09/2030:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Oklahoma Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Ioannou (8 - 10 - 7) who hails from Oklahoma City, USA and Davie Pewitt(3 - 7 - 2) from Oklahoma City, USA.  Both Ioannou and Pewitt weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Braddick, and the three ringside judges are Kenzie McCleese, Lucas Jones and Haaris Turay.  

Round 1: 

Ioannou sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Ioannou attempts to land a jab, but Pewitt slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut to Ioannou's ribs.

Ioannou feints a jab, tricking Pewitt into countering with a right uppercut.  Ioannou springs the trap, countering with  a cross.

Ioannou is looking to keep his distance.  Ioannou sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Ioannou lands a cross.  Ioannou throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.

Ioannou steps away from his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  Ioannou throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Pewitt time to recover.  
Pewitt is on target with a cross.  
Ioannou switches the action to the outside and lands two consecutive overhand rights to his opponents head.  
Pewitt closes the distance and throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
