Fresco Tobar vs Quin Segundo

Boxing Daily Report from the Ntshangase Promotions promoted show at Valencia Mayoral, Valencia,  taking place on 02/09/2030:

Clearly Ntshangase Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Venezuela-Carabobo Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fresco Tobar (13 - 13 - 4) who hails from Valencia, Venezuela and Quin Segundo(7 - 22 - 4) from Valencia, Venezuela.  Tobar weighed in at 115 pounds, while Segundo weighed in at 116 pounds And 2 ounces.    As Segundo came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Felippe Ledo, and the three ringside judges are Macario Barreto, Ponce Avena and Jose Jordan.
