On Kuan vs Liang Sa

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Jiangxi promoted show at Jiang Zeng Gym, Nanchang,  taking place on 15/09/2030:

Clearly AI China-Jiangxi have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Jiangxi Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are On Kuan (12 - 12 - 3) who hails from Ganzhou, China and Liang Sa(2 - 7 - 2) from Nanchang, China.  Kuan weighed in at 147 pounds and 14 ounces, while Sa weighed in at 147 pounds.    As Kuan came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Woo Liang, and the three ringside judges are An Nai, Confucius Hwang and Yu Ip.
