Joey Mosima vs Leighton Karume

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Kisumu promoted show at Kisumu Kahangi, Kisumu,  taking place on 15/10/2030:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Kenya-Kisumu Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joey Mosima (15(2) - 1(1)) who hails from Kisumu, Kenya and Leighton Karume(7 - 7(1) - 2) from Kisumu, Kenya.  Both Mosima and Karume weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mick Mutu, and the three ringside judges are Udenwa Lalang, Peter Kirui and Kendis Rimbui.  

Round 1: 

Mosima closes the distance.  Mosima sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Mosima lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Karume almost instantly recovers. 
Karume is keeping his hands low...it looks like he wants his opponent to throw first.  Mosima is on target with a left hook to Karume's body.

Mosima lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.
