Ian Dougall vs Robert Van der Vliet

Boxing Daily Report from the Pendragon Inc promoted show at Arena Riga, Riga,  taking place on 21/09/2030:

Clearly Pendragon Inc have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Ian Dougall (1 - 0 - 1) who hails from Liverpool, UK and Robert Van der Vliet(0 - 26 - 3) from Bruges, Belgium.  Dougall weighed in at 168 pounds, while Van der Vliet weighed in at 167 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Aleksandr Smalkais, and the three ringside judges are Sergei Cesnieks, Vikenti Zilite and Igor Vainags.
