Bohdan Slusar vs John Muffett

Boxing Daily Report from the Hands Promotions promoted show at Centre Sportif Empire, Quebec City,  taking place on 01/11/2030:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bohdan Slusar (10(8) - 1) who hails from Makiivka, Ukraine and John Muffett(10 - 4(1) - 2) from Toronto, Canada.  Both Slusar and Muffett weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Prewitt Gedeon, and the three ringside judges are Briant Sarraute, Brendan Aitken and Paul Coupland.  

Round 1: 

Muffett closes the distance.  Slusar lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.

Muffett steps inside and attempts to land a left hook, but Slusar slips the shot and counters with a solid cross.

Muffett forces Slusar to retreat onto the ropes.  Muffett pivots to the right of his opponent and connects with a right hook.

Muffett is looking to close the distance.  Slusar pivots to the right of his opponent.  Slusar lands a left hook.  Slusar ties up his opponent.  Slusar leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Muffett closes the distance and throws a right hook, but Slusar ties up his opponent.  Slusar is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. As they grapple, Muffett pushes his forearm into Slusar's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Slusar steps to the outside.  Slusar sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a sharp cross.
