Vali Hoy vs Rune Vigen

Boxing Daily Report from the EddietheButcher promoted show at Aarhus Bloch, Aarhus,  taking place on 19/10/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Denmark-Region Midtjylland Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vali Hoy (15(7) - 0) who hails from Aarhus, Denmark and Rune Vigen(13 - 6(2)) from Aarhus, Denmark.  Hoy weighed in at 126 pounds, while Vigen weighed in at 125 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Frey Dal, and the three ringside judges are Knute Jensen, Sven Grand and Stieran Lindeman.  

Round 1:

Vigen is looking to close the distance and manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Vigen drives a left hook into Hoy's ribs.  Hoy ties up his opponent.  Hoy leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Vigen pivots to the side of his opponent.  Hoy connects with a right hook.  
Hoy steps to the outside.  Hoy feints a cross, tricking Vigen into launching a cross counter.  Hoy springs the trap, countering with  a cross.  
Hoy is looking to keep his distance and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.

Vigen steps inside and throws a left uppercut, but Hoy holds on to his opponent.  Hoy is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Hoy pushes his forearm into Vigen's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
