Roman Lucero vs Ewan Vallas

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Australia-Victoria promoted show at Melbourne Watkins, Melbourne,  taking place on 04/10/2030:

Clearly AI Australia-Victoria have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Roman Shotgun Lucero (24(24) - 3(2) - 1) who hails from Rodriguez, Philippines and Ewan Vallas(0 - 2 - 1) from Sydney, Australia.  Both Lucero and Vallas weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Johnny Elias, and the three ringside judges are Alec Saghatelian, Bart Martis and Rob Cogle.  

Round 1: 

Lucero lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Vallas hits home with a cross.  
Lucero steps inside.  Lucero is on target with a stinging right uppercut.  As Vallas tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Lucero dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Vallas tries to land a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Lucero lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Vallas tries to land a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Lucero lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head, KNOCKING VALLAS DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.  Lucero holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Lucero pushes his forearm into Vallas's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Lucero about fouling.  Vallas almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Lucero lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Lucero holds on to his opponent.  The ref breaks Lucero's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Lucero lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  He then lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Lucero drives a solid right uppercut into Vallas's body.  
Lucero lands a firm right hook.  
Lucero lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Lucero holds on to his opponent.  Lucero leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Lucero throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Vallas tries to keep the action at long range.  Lucero lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Lucero quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Lucero attempts to land a right hook, but Vallas slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Lucero is on target with a cross.  
Vallas manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Lucero lands a spiteful jab.  
Lucero advances into close range and crashes a hurtful right hook to Vallas's ribcage.  VALLAS IS HURT!  Vallas quickly recovers. 
Lucero lands two right hook's to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body, AND SENDS VALLAS SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 7.  
Lucero walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Lucero stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Lucero lands a BRUTAL right uppercut.  DOWN GOES VALLAS!  HE IS STILL STRUGGLING TO HIS FEET AS THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Lucero!
