Madhav Apte vs Ali Waheed

Boxing Daily Report from the Boxing forever promoted show at India-West Bengal Gym, Kolkata,  taking place on 12/11/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the India-Gujurat Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Madhav Apte (14 - 7 - 2) who hails from Ahmedabad, India and Ali Waheed(14(2) - 0) from Surat, India.  Apte weighed in at 117 pounds and 11 ounces, while Waheed weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Madhav Kalita, and the three ringside judges are Govind Badami, Amjad Basa and Vijay Kedia.  

Round 1: 

Waheed tries to keep the action at long range and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Waheed steps inside and manouvers Apte into the blue corner.  Waheed quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
Waheed steps inside and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Waheed lands a left uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head.  
Waheed switches the action to the outside and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Waheed closes the distance and walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Waheed lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Waheed feints a jab, but Apte does not fall for it and lands with a cross.  
Apte switches the action to the outside.  Apte feints a jab, but Waheed is not fooled and lands with a solid right hook.  
Waheed steps inside and is on target with a right uppercut.

Apte is looking to keep the action on the outside and throws an overhand right, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a stinging left hook.  
Waheed gets on the inside.  Waheed lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Waheed.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Apte switches the action to the outside.  Waheed lands an overhand left.  Waheed throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.
