Kai Wessels vs Montraie Shongwe

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Gauteng promoted show at Soweto Hall, Soweto,  taking place on 31/10/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kai Wessels (14(6) - 1(1)) who hails from Umlazi, South Africa and Montraie Shongwe(15 - 14(2) - 3) from Mamelodi, South Africa.  Wessels weighed in at 146 pounds and 4 ounces, while Shongwe weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Here Van Heerden, and the three ringside judges are Roos Van der Linde, John Kisombo and Siphelele Nhlapo.
