Paul Morris vs Sean Powell

Boxing Daily Report from the GoldenBearBoxing promoted show at San Francisco Pryce, San Francisco,  taking place on 02/11/2030:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Pacific Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Paul Morris (12(7) - 4) who hails from Chula Vista, USA and Sean Powell(18 - 4(1)) from Seattle, USA.  Morris weighed in at 147 pounds, while Powell weighed in at 146 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is John Gourley, and the three ringside judges are Andy Johnson, Adam Moreno and John Prophet.  

Round 1: 

Morris closes the distance.  Powell pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a left uppercut to Morris's liver.  
Morris gets on the inside.  Powell pivots to the side of his opponent.  Morris lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a right uppercut to the head.  
Powell tries to step out of his opponents range and connects with an overhand right.

That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
