John Jernigan vs Saad Farooq

Boxing Daily Report from the Otu Promotions promoted show at Las Vegas Phillip, Las Vegas,  taking place on 02/11/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Nevada Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Jernigan (22(3) - 5 - 2) who hails from Las Vegas, USA and Saad Farooq(4 - 14 - 4) from Las Vegas, USA.  Both Jernigan and Farooq weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Danny Doctor, and the three ringside judges are Mark Hasson, Danny Doctor and Brad Primrose.  

Round 1: 

Jernigan steps to the outside and finds the target with a sharp jab.  
Jernigan feints a jab, tricking Farooq into throwing a cross counter.  Jernigan springs the trap, countering with  a sharp right uppercut to Farooq's body.
