Usi Ngcuka vs Afram Mashamaite

Boxing Daily Report from the South African Boxers promoted show at Gold Reef Entertainment Centre, Johannesburg,  taking place on 11/11/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Usi Ngcuka (2 - 0) who hails from Soweto, South Africa and Afram Mashamaite(1 - 0) from Randburg, South Africa.  Both Ngcuka and Mashamaite weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xhosas Kwadwo, and the three ringside judges are Peter Mbalula, Kofi Kpesebaan and Dave Luteka.  

Round 1: 

Ngcuka steps inside.  As Ngcuka tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Mashamaite dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Ngcuka steps inside and lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  Ngcuka ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Ngcuka pushes his forearm into Mashamaite's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Ngcuka about fouling.  
Ngcuka manages to force Mashamaite into the corner.  Ngcuka lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Ngcuka quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Ngcuka connects with a firm right hook.  
Ngcuka pivots from in front of his opponent.  Ngcuka attempts to land a jab, but Mashamaite slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Ngcuka is on target with a cross.  
Ngcuka lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Ngcuka steps inside.  Mashamaite sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Mashamaite throws a right hook, but Ngcuka holds on to his opponent.  Mashamaite uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Ngcuka behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Mashamaite.  
Ngcuka drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Mashamaite connects with a cross.  
Ngcuka advances into close range and is on target with a left uppercut to Mashamaite's body.  
Ngcuka is looking to close the distance and throws a right uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot.  Ngcuka ties up his opponent.  The ref breaks Ngcuka's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Ngcuka lands a solid jab.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Mashamaite's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Mashamaite's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.
