Quico Cancel vs Miguel Ortiz

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Nuevo Leon promoted show at Guadalupe Zarco, Guadalupe,  taking place on 05/11/2030:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Mexico-Nuevo Leon Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Quico Cancel (13 - 9 - 6) who hails from Monterrey, Mexico and Miguel Ortiz(18 - 5 - 5) from Monterrey, Mexico.  Cancel weighed in at 122 pounds, while Ortiz weighed in at 121 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Juan Velasquez, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Cobo, Enzo Augusto and Vegas Sanchez.  

Round 1: 

Cancel advances into close range.  Ortiz pivots to the side of his opponent.  Ortiz tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.
