Noel Leaper vs Arnie Kincaide

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Australia-Western Australia promoted show at Perth Gilliland, Perth,  taking place on 14/10/2030:

Clearly AI Australia-Western Australia have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-Western Australia Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Noel Leaper (4 - 7 - 4) who hails from Perth, Australia and Arnie Kincaide(1 - 16 - 4) from Perth, Australia.  Both Leaper and Kincaide weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tobias Morton, and the three ringside judges are Matt Dickins, Oscar MacKechnie and Leon Baughn.
