Boxing Daily Report from the AI Albania-Central promoted show at Tirana International Hotel, Tirana,  taking place on 13/11/2030:

Clearly AI Albania-Central have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Faton Sejko (9(6) - 0) who hails from Tirana, Albania and Igor Safko(9 - 0 - 1) from Mariupol, Ukraine.  Sejko weighed in at 147 pounds, while Safko weighed in at 146 pounds And 10 ounces.
