Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Canterbury promoted show at Christchurch Buyers, Christchurch,  taking place on 07/12/2030:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are James Purves (8 - 9 - 3) who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand and Gus Edmiston(11 - 10 - 5) from Wellington, New Zealand.  Purves weighed in at 200 pounds, while Edmiston weighed in at 199 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Stephen Suite, and the three ringside judges are Kahorere Keno, Tobias Vert and Joshua Dallis.
