Lee McShane vs Brandon Monaghan

Boxing Daily Report from the Volunteer Promotions promoted show at Dublin MacTavish, Dublin,  taking place on 19/12/2030:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Irish-Leinster Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lee McShane (21(2) - 6) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Brandon Monaghan(13 - 20 - 6) from Dun Laoghaire, Ireland.  Both McShane and Monaghan weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Will Nolan, and the three ringside judges are Mel Mohan, Paul MacKenna and Leon Mohan.  

Round 1: 

McShane lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
McShane lands with a spiteful jab.  
McShane tries to keep the action at long range.  Monaghan drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  McShane lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Monaghan attempts to land a jab, but McShane slips the shot and counters with a sharp right uppercut.
