Waqas Qazi vs Girish Baliyan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Iran-Razavi Khorasan promoted show at Astan Ghods Sports Complex, Mashhad,  taking place on 22/12/2030:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Iran-Razavi Khorasan Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waqas Qazi (20 - 20(4) - 5) who hails from Mashhad, Iran and Girish Baliyan(15 - 10(1) - 6) from Mashhad, Iran.  Both Qazi and Baliyan weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ibrahim Jamal, and the three ringside judges are Atif Bangura, Amer Farman and Tariq Baig.
