Ian Arunga vs Ricky Maingi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Kisumu promoted show at Ibrahim Arafat Gym, Kisumu,  taking place on 21/12/2030:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Kenya-Kisumu Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ian Arunga (9 - 11(1) - 1) who hails from Kisumu, Kenya and Ricky Maingi(4 - 1 - 1) from Kisumu, Kenya.  Both Arunga and Maingi weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mick Mutu, and the three ringside judges are Arthur Wacera, Alen Mwamzandi and Peter Kirui.
