Clinton Mupariwa vs Michael Mahachi

Boxing Daily Report from the South African Boxers promoted show at Luveve Stadium, Bulawayo,  taking place on 24/01/2031:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Clinton Mupariwa (6(6) - 2) who hails from Chitungwiza, Zimbabwe and Michael Mahachi(12 - 12 - 4) from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.  Mupariwa weighed in at 200 pounds, while Mahachi weighed in at 199 pounds And 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kaleb Muzanenhamo, and the three ringside judges are Lloyd Chipeta, Leighton Van den Bergh and Rashon Mambare.

Mupariwa sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Mupariwa lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  Mupariwa holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Mupariwa pushes his forearm into Mahachi's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Mupariwa lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Mahachi's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Mahachi's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Mahachi's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Mupariwa lands a cross to the head, an overhand right to the head and a jab to the body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Mupariwa knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Mupariwa lands a right uppercut, left hook and a cross to his opponents head.  He then lands a left uppercut, right uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head.  It looks like Mahachi has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
Mupariwa quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a jab, left hook and a jab to his opponents head.

Mupariwa tries to keep the action at long range.  Mupariwa sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Mahachi recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Mahachi walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Mahachi lands a right uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Mahachi attempts to land a jab, but Mupariwa sidesteps and counters with a sharp right uppercut.

Mahachi steps inside and forces Mupariwa to back into the ropes.  Mupariwa digs in a firm right hook to Mahachi's body.  
Mupariwa feints a cross, and then lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Mupariwa steps away from his opponent and connects with a FIERCE cross.  MAHACHI IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  HE TRIES TO RISE BUT HIS LEGS DONT RESPOND...THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Mupariwa!
