Johnny Downie vs Mike Belches

Boxing Daily Report from the boxeraifan promoted show at Fort Collins Forsyth, Fort Collins,  taking place on 02/01/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Mountain West Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Johnny Downie (15(1) - 16(2) - 2) who hails from Denver, USA and Mike Belches(9 - 9 - 1) from Salt Lake City, USA.  Both Downie and Belches weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hugh Claghorn, and the three ringside judges are Oliver Monhollen, Wayne Bardsley and Brett Calley.  

Round 1: 

Belches finds the target with a jab.  
Downie quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Belches is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents body.
