Gus McIver vs Gareth Hare

Boxing Daily Report from the Ililonga Promotions promoted show at Corey Middleton Gym, Madison,  taking place on 02/01/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Wisconsin Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gus McIver (10(1) - 2) who hails from Milwaukee, USA and Gareth Hare(6 - 14(1) - 3) from Milwaukee, USA.  Both McIver and Hare weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Richard Cavanagh, and the three ringside judges are Sean Picard, John McCleary and John Quirke.  

Round 1: 

McIver lands a stinging left hook.  
McIver closes the distance and lands two left hook's to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
McIver gets on the inside and digs in a right hook to his opponents ribs.  McIver ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, McIver pushes his forearm into Hare's face.  The referee warns McIver and breaks the clinch.  
Hare sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  McIver lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
McIver drives a left hook into Hare's liver.  McIver ties up his opponent.  McIver leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
McIver pivots from in front of his opponent.  McIver throws a left hook, but his opponent steps away from the punch.  McIver ties up his opponent.  McIver is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
McIver manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  McIver quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Hare throws a left uppercut, but McIver ties up his opponent.  McIver leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
McIver drives a right uppercut into his opponents ribcage.

McIver lands a left hook.  McIver ties up his opponent.  McIver leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks McIver's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Hare throws a left hook, but McIver clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, McIver pushes his forearm into Hare's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns McIver.  
McIver cuts off the ring, trapping Hare in the corner.  McIver lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.
